The Jiffy Lube lot - next door - is fenced off and construction is in progress on the building. Plan B is to park on the other side of Suburban Diner - in the back lot to Advanced Auto.

just drove by the Suburban Diner yesterday and the lot next door that was the old Jiffy Lube now has a security fence around it because it looks like they are getting ready to do construction.
