Bryner and Steve Spencer come through again

Picked up my car from Bryner last night. Had to get a new transmission put in. Steve Spencer really went to bat for me. I only have 5000 miles on the car and I have been having trouble with 2nd and 3rd gear for a while.
When Steve opened the tranny he found a mess. With Steve Fisher out with a broken hip, Spence met with his manager and the decision was made to put a new tranny in. The only cost to me would be to pay for Steve's time to put the mods back on.

This took place this past Thursday afternoon. They had a new transmission shipped in 1 day. Steve jumped on it first thing on Monday, yesterday. I got a call at 1 o'clock in the afternoon that the car was ready to be picked. Never thought it would be done so fast.
The car runs and feels great. No excuses now.
I was very impressed with Bryner when I bought a new Z71 Tahoe in January. Now I am extemely impressed on how this whole situation was handled. I am a lifetime customer.
Plus, Steve Spencer is the best. Besides being a great guy, he really knows his stuff. Thanks for all your help and advise.

That's great to hear BUT I don't know how good of an idea it is to say ALL you said above on the Internet. You never know who's reading all this stuff....

Know what I'm getting at????????????????

For all involved, I'd think maybe this thread would be better off dumped......
