Car and Drive at VIR

The attached link has video's of each car that Car and Driver tested for their "Lightening Lap" issue that just came out. Check out the ZR-1 video. It was the fastest overall.

That's very cool stuff. They are running a slightly longer course there than we do at the NCM @ VIR HPDE. We run the back straight down through the rollercoaster and then into the hogpen which gives us about 3.25 miles/lap.
NOW you guys could run VIR with the National Corvette Museum in June 2010 if interested. It is an absolute gorgeous track and facility. I ran VIR with the NCM in June 09 and it was the most fun by far that I've ever had with a car.
Any NCM member can join in on the fun this June. I will be there again this year.

Registration opens February 3, 2010 at 9:00am ET on line at the NCM website and the dates for the HPDE @ VIR is June 28 & 29, 2010.
