2007 custom conv

A friend of mine in the area passed away and his wife would like to sell his customized 2007 convertible. She has no idea what it is worth and I was wondering if anyone could recommend an appraiser in the area. It's hard to figure a price because of all the custom extras such as Lamborghini doors ect.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Roy, to be honest with you what ever was done to the car you will only get pennies on the dollar back. An unmolested car will sell quicker and appeals to more people. Low miles and a extremely clean car, and popular color will bring as much as a modded car. I know this isn't the answer you wanted but it is reality. I'm in the same boat, I love to get back the thousands I have into my car but it will not happen. I think I know the car, and it is a nice custom car. As for an appraisal you can check with Terry Shaw, but it's not cheap.

This sounds like Tony's car. It is a very clean and beautiful car. I hope you get what it's really worth. Unfortunately that door conversion was very expensive and typically you will not recoup that cost.
Best of luck. Tony was a nice guy.

BTW: Bill's advice and insight above is pretty much how it is.

As a 2007 you can check KBB.com for a ballpark price as a straight used car as it is still fairly new and can be compared. Generally, mods reduce value with some exceptions. However, most used corvette buyers are looking for clean low mile unmodified cars.

Good luck!
