Jacques and Marlene and the whole CCDV Cavalcade crew, congratulations on a job well done.
While I was working a parking detail, a number of spectators commented on how well the event was run. We also got thank you's for having an open show (no cost).
Thanks to Jeff for posting the pictures, I missed seeing a lot of the cars.

a FANTASTIC Cavalcade - maybe one of the best ever! Thanks to all who organized & ran the event especially: Jacques, Marlene, Don T, Marge, Dr. Dave, the new membership recruiters, Club store items & raffle ticket sales troops - PLUS all the additional committee chair-people as well as every one of the 100+ volunteers (from set up to breakdown/clean up) AND also to those who displayed their pride & joy Corvettes. What a tremendous group effort to make this a very successful event! AND thanks to the BIG GUY above for granting us the great weather!
We should ALL be proud that the 41st Cavalcade of Corvettes will be one to remember!!
Joel

Team Marlene!

Those of us who worked at the auction know better than anyone how Marlene's efforts and organization made the whole thing possible. All we did was show up and put the plan in place. Best of all, we blew the doors off the fundraising goals for Juvenile Diabetes and the Sunshine Foundation. Marlene - get some well deserved rest 'cause you have earned it!

Thanks to our "Show Boss" Jacques for doing a spectacular job in organizing this year's Cavalcade and to his wife Marlene who worked all year gathering donations for the auction that will allow us to give an additional $2,500 to our charities.

Kudos also to Don T. for all his efforts in the set-up and organization of the Custom and Classic Show. It's great to see all the other cars along with the Corvettes.

Finally, thanks to all that volunteered and gave some of their time to make this one of the best and well run shows I can remember.

The pics are awesome, the dollar amount of all the vetts on the school field has to be more than a small countrys budget!
