Try Frankford Plating, they are an old line Co. and are located at 2505 Orthodox St., in Philadelphia.

They are very good. If I remember correctly, you have to give them the part, they won't get involved with removing and installing. Is that right?

For what they will charge you to strip and chrome a wheel, it might be cheeper to buy new ones.
I called Frankford when I did my 65 over and wanted my bumpers done they had a LONG turn around time. I also got some negative feedback from friends that had used them in the past.
They were sent to Tom's Plating and got triple plated show chromed.

I dealt with John at Frankford Plating.
I too heard mixed reviews.
Last fall he rechromed both my rear bumpers on my '68.(Tripple Chrome Plating)
They were flaking and looked to be a poorly done rechrome by a York
Plating who probably is out of business today. They were not tripple plated but a cheesy flash chroming that looked like a quicky job.
He won't give you an exact price but will be within 50 bucks of estimate.
I wanted to keep my orig cores on the car so I opted to get the tripple
chrome plated. He ball parked the job at $500.00
Well they came out spectacular and the damage was $550.00.
You can see them 5/19, at the cruise nite and decide if its for you.
I would use him again before buying after market chrome bumpers.
Just my experience others mileage may vary.
Don't forget mom this weekend
