Noah car cover issue?
Due to limited garage space (I have a C1 in the garage), I keep my C6 outside from May to September. During that time I use a Weathershield HP cover and it works very well. In the winter I put the car in storage and put the Noah cover on it just for some extra padding.
Recently the Weathershield started having some issues (3 years old)with the seams so I am returning it for evaluation. So that means I put the Noah on the car. Tonight I went to move the car and to my suprise this is what I found when I removed the cover. Mind you, two weeks ago I had the car in a show and it was spotless. Normally when I remove the weathershield cover, the car is just as clean as it was when I put the cover on. Not with the Noah. It always seems to be dirty, but tonight was just beyond dirty. My car has never been this dirty. I don't live in a very dirty/dusty area either. Does anyone else have this type of experience with the Noah cover? Tom ![]() ![]() ![]()

Wow, That looks like baby powder. No issues with my Noah cover. I had it since 2003.

I had the same problem with the one had bought from Mid America. I called and spoke to a supervisor about my issue. He told me to send it back to them and they would look into the problem, but they would send me a new one at no charge and they picked up all the shipping charges. When I sold my vette the cover went with it, and is still being used today.
good luck. Ang |

Tom,
I forgot to tell you that Zaino has a certain characteristic in it's formula that destroys the inner lining of Noah Car Covers. (just kidding) It looks like the lining is deteriorating for some reason. If sending it back I'd imagine they'll give you a new one.

I also had issues with a Noah car cover. It was when I kept my 02 Z28 outside. It put lots of swirls in my paint. The car was perfect when covered but would be dirty (not as bad as yours) after sitting under the cover. The dirt must have caused scratches when the wind blew and the cover flapped slightly. Since then, I would rather not use a cover when I have to store outside. Luckily, I don't have to store outside often.
