Be careful using Bug n Tar, and similar products. They are very agressive and can etch your paint. Remove them immediately with water and remember to reseal your paint.

I use Adam's Clay Bar and Adam's All Purpose Cleaner as lubricant on tough sap spots. I use a Waterless Wash Microfiber towel to remove it. The Waterless towels are waffled and work really well at preventing damage to paint.
