Auxillary Fuses

How do you access the auxillary fuses on a 1991. The manual says they are on the passenger side below the glove box but it does not tell you how to access that area? Any ideas or anyone know where I might find it in the service manual (the only areas I see there are also very vague)?

Never mind, it took a while but I found the hidden bolt to remove the panel. I can't believe that these auxillary fuse blocks are not easily accessible. I had to remove the side panel around the main fuse block on the passenger side to access the bolt then remove two panel screws on the bottom panel of the dash on the passengers side. All of this to replace a fuse???? Hope this will help the others who have the same issues.
