Installed an Optima Red Top today

After asking enough members for an opinion, I went to Costco today and bought an Optima Red Top and put it in my 2002. The question now is what do I do with a perfectly good AC Delco AGM that is a year old? Anyone that needs a battery let me know. :D

Well you made a good choice with the RedTop but that 2002 Delco AGM is probably close to the end. I got 25 months out of mine in my 2002.

Nice of you to offer it though. Hope to see you at our next meeting. (I do not need the Delco, but thanks anyway)

I got 4 months out of my stock 2002 Z06 Delco AGM battery, the Red Top is a great choice

What is the best way to dispose of the Delco battery? No point in leaving it on the shelf as it will just go dead. I don't need that big of a paper weight! :D

An idea just came to mind. A friend has a 2001. Were they equipped with AGM? If not I'll give it to him as it would be better then a battery that is a potential leaker.
