It was sad to see the Vet come down. When I worked as a Iron Worker at Salvino-Stein Iron Works, I personally fabricated the steel for the Panavision screens.

Wow they did and nice job. Never seen one go down like they did domino like.

Don't 'cha think the implosion was a lot like "the wave?"
It's almost like the Vet finally "waved back" after all those years of the fans jumping up and down in rolling unison.

I was amazed by the engineering that went into the implosion. Other than a few areas the stadium fell in a final "wave" of rubble and dust. I went to the implosion of the Sears tower but it wasn't as impressive as the Vet.
