This was a billing issue but it's been handled. We're now paid up for a full year.

Long story short, we had to wait 30 days past the date that our first check to the new host cleared before we could write a big check & pay for a whole year. That 30 days stretched us just beyond our billing date. I was hoping that I'd have gotten this completed before they turned us off.

anyway, let me know if there are any issues.
