Airconditioner Repair

From lurking in the background and reading various posts I learned of Ellis and Cool Aide HVAC. Yesterday one of my airconditioners failed so I called Ellis (first time). He was at my house early today and repaired the problem. His bill was fair. Thanks for letting me know about this complany.

As a side note, a family member called to tell me that her airconditioner failed. She called one of the popular local companies and they could not come until Friday. Another company was supposed to show up last night and cancelled because it got to be too late. She is still waiting. I gave her the number to call.

We were on vacation in the Outter Banks in late October. When we got home on Sunday the house was cold 63* ...Called Ellis and he came and looked to see if there was a quick fix. There wasn't so on Monday he called around for a new system for us. Tuesday morning at 8AM as promised El's Dad Don was at the front door ready to start breaking down the old system. I had to laugh... I asked if he wanted a cup of coffee or tea. His response was, " No thanks....Unlike my son I had my coffee before work" By 11 AM El was showing me how the system workes....AHHHHH 70* Again Thanks EL!!!!!

Seems like Ellis is almost at fast with repairs as he is down the quarter mile.
