Thanks guys, I used warm soap and water, 3" paint brush. Towels to wipe everything down then 303 Protectant and a 2" brush, let dry and buff. I like the 303 on the plastic and frame, made it look like new. The pictures don't do it justice.

Did you use the 303 on the intake manifold too? The entire area looks like new. Quite spectacular, especially for a car that's 11+ years old.

Yes Glenn, the stuff really works. It's not cheap though. A small 8 oz bottle is $9. it's $55. for a gal. I don't mind the cost because it works. I saw guys on CF talk about it and thought I'd give it a try, Love it!

Bill,
All I can say is WOW! I'm going to guess it didn't look too bad when you started though.

It was in fair shape, but down at the fans, around the battery box and frame were kind of bad. You know the "I'll get that next" areas. :)

I have 3 of the 8oz bottles here. I've always used it on the mouldings around the window to protect them. Never tried it for what you've done with it.

Like I said , the guys on the forum were talking about cleaning their engine compartment using 303. Got a bottle and got started. I also hear that it's great on the wheel wells. Makes them look new and it drys so no dust sticks to them to turn to mudd. That's next weeks job. Removing the wheels and cleaning them and the wheel wells. :(

Joel, I knew someone would put a Yugo away. Is yours all original :D A couple of years ago I was at a car show when a guy showed up with a fully restored Pinto. He had pictures of each stage of the restoration. I couldn't believe it.
Bill, looks great, or course that could be the before shot, because your car looks great every time I see it. :) 303 is great on the wheel wells.

Thanks Carl, but you know all those little hidden places you keep saying you'll get later ....and don't. Well this time I did:D I was impressed with the 303 and a paint brush method. Once it dryed the plastic looked new. The best part is it doesn't stay wet like Armoral. I did find that you do have to pre clean or it just doesn't look as good. If we get some warmer weather next weel I'll do the wheel wells that I haven't done since last year before the Cavalcade, and the wet ride home. :D

Bill,
Nice looking engine bay. I too have seen people rave about 303 on CF (and your results look great)...where did you pickup the 303?

Tom I got it from BP Speed Shop at Horsham and 611. They don't have any left. I would call them and see when they'll get it back in stock. I went down on Friday and bought the last Gal. they had. $49.'s!!!!;ae The 8oz is about $9.'s. but they they were out of them.
I got a few gallons last year at Pep Boys, use it on the boat.
