What the heck is that picture of ??? It don't like any part of a vette as far as I can tell from that picture. Looks like it could be off a wing of something that don't fly because there is no trailing edge looks like that so it is something else. Looks like a block of wood is holding it up on the left side rear? Neat post...I give up what is it?

your thread is titled "need to install spoiler picked up used (HELP) " If you want to put that on your car do it. But...My advice is don't stick that on your car...expecially a convertable...It is not going to look good ...and won't help performance unless it is a dedicated race car...and if it was...it is not adjustable....Don't drill the holes that are required to stick it on...Sell it to someone who has a Honda...Sorry for saying this but you asked. Just my opinion.

I have to agree with Norm. I know you are kind of new to Corvettes and I really think that if you install this wing, down the road a ways you will regret doing it. And by looking at those 4 bolts, once installed there's no turning back with out a huge expense.
Just be sure what you're getting into before drilling those holes. Have you seen that wing thing on another C5?

If you really want a spoiler you should look into getting one like Glenn had on his blue vette. Easy install with 3M tape and they look super !

Agreed. I think that thing would take away from the sleek look of your black beauty...and those bolts holes won't come out with Zaino if you decide you don't like it later :D

"Auto Buffs" is having a group purchase on the wing that Glenn had. Here's a link to it and they also will install it. They're in NJ near Southampton, NJ.
