My Daughters car had frosted headlight lens. As a matter of fact they were beginning to turn yellow. The cost to replace them was more than I paid for my first car. On a recomendation of a friend I bought the 3M headlight repair kit from AutoZone for about $24. It comes with everthing you need sanding disks drill adapter compund paste etc... all you need is a drill that can be set to run at at slow speed 1200rpm.
It took about 15 minutes per lense and I cannot believe how well it turned out. They look brand new. Absolutely incredible. ;bt;bt;bt;bt
See, 4 thumbs up!!!

Try Colgate toothpaste(no joke) and a toothbrush. It works!

I tried the toothpaste thing on Sue's SUV. It worked somewhat but not that great. I think I'll opt for the buffer kit. I know that works well.

Sounds like a new business venture for you. You could compound headlight lenses and then sell them show boards? You could also sell them the plastic thingys for the toilets?
