Well , I finally got around to putting on the set of ARH headers that I got using the discount coupon ticket I won at the Cavalcade, thanks Jacques and Marlene!

The quality and fit of the headers were great! Install was straight forward, take off old crap put on new. Everything came in the header kit, Headers, x-pipe, 02 sensor extender wires, clips, clamps and bolts. Won't know how much, hp wise, I gained but the 06 is just a wee bit louder and it seems to pull better at the upper rpm range. Taking it to the track on the 10th of Oct. I also put in a set of NGK plugs while I was there.:D

You have been busy. Is this the start of more performance enhancements? I see 11 second futures.

Glad that it worked out well for you Tony. I agree that they do make a nice product. Have fun at the track!

Thanks guys.
Richy, Ill be happy if I can get this car into the low 12's with good air. I may have to run a few classes on the 10th to give it a fair shakedown.:D

For sure you should run in the low 12's Tony. Remember when "shedevil" got a set of AR's and she dropped a half a second. ;bt I hope to be at E Town on the 10th too.

PS: when we saw you riding up York Road the other day I thought your car sounded a little better! :D

Tony
I had my C5 down to 12.4 with nothing more than LG long tubes and that was with my lame 2.0 60's in August heat. Have you had the car tuned since the installation? There's alot of untapped HP in an LS3 just waiting for the tuner to unleash. You should retune after your header install anyway...

Glenn, I bought the extended warranty and it won't be up for a couple more years. I'll get the tune on her then unless I get some message on the DIC. I agree there is plenty of power to be had with a tune and I will be getting that done when the time is right.
