Hatboro Car Show 7-25-09

I would like to know who in the club is registered and going to the Hatboro Car show.

Each Year we can get in and Get parked Ahead of time IF............ We help direct the parking of the other show cars.

If you are going and are willing to help and wish to be parked where we normally park (together)please respond here and keep an eye on this thread. I just got off the phone with the Rep from the car show. We are In. We will be meeting in the shopping Center at Moreland Rd and Blair Mill Rd (Say a little behind the Burger King on the Corner) at 1:30 PM and will leave promptly at 2:00PM. so we can park before they let the show cars in .

WE NEED HELP HERE SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP. PS: You can also come and help park cars even if you are not showing your Vette.

Did you do something to offend everyone? I completely forgot about this show. I personally wouldn't put my car in it but if I'm available around set up time I'll drop by and give you a hand.

Folks we need help on this. The main reason we have been allowed in first to the show and given an excellent spot for the raffle car, is because we have provided several people to park the show cars each year.

If it is just Bob and I than Hatboro will find little reason to give us the great access we have had in the past next year. That means we get into the show like every one else and not get the excellent spot for our raffle car. This will dramatically effect our ability to sell tickets.

So come spend and hour or two for charity and get to park some beautiful cars before the crowds arrive.

For those who hesitate to put their car in the show, starting last year they put a full car width and then some between each car.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Just want to thank those that pitched in to help out !!

Tom Weigand, Jim Scaffidi, Den Matlack, Carl Siwek, Dave Urbanek, Joe Remich, Bill Faegley and My son Rob Weiss. We were still a bit short handed but we got the job done. I also believe we sold about 100 tickets. AND NICK CIPRIANO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As usual, a blistering hot day on our feet on asphalt but we were successful. It takes me all day sunday to recover !!
