1959 steering gear adjustment-worm gear

I'm looking for someone in the area who is familiar with and knows how to adjust the worm gear in a 1959 steering gear box. I inadvertently moved that adjustment and now have to reset it. Also, I was told that there is a Richard Robinson in the area who might be able to help. Does anyone know him and if so, where's he located? Thanks.
