It is time to change the tires on my C5, and I want to get rid of my GY run flats. I got a great price of $900.00 for a set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS plus, on the car,tax included.
Any comments from anyone who has used these before would be appreciated.

Thanks, JoeP.

I put Nitto 555R's on my C5. The whole set of 4, shipped to my door cost me a total of: $ 640.00 from Discount tire. They were great tires and when it comes time to replace my C6 tires, I'll probably get Nitto Invos. ;bt

I am running Pilot Sports on my Vette and like them. They are quiet, ride and handle well. The only thing that bothere me is the ones I have are non-runflats.

I have them on my C5Z and they are OK. But... a couple of caveats:

1) They are a "summer tire" according to Michelin. That means they have zero, nada, squat, traction when cold. "Cold" is defined as anything below 40 Fahrenheit.

2) They are not run-flat, so you'd better have a good relationship with your friendly tow truck operator.
