For 2 years now my 76 has had the garage to it's self, a lonely place in the dark. So last year we bought something to keep it company. Well it took a year to complete and now it sits next to my Vette. The first few days were rough on both me and my Vette, with all the wimpering and crying when I would turn the lights off. Finally though the New baby Pet has tamed down and is keeping my 76 company. Of course my 76 has been telling his new little friend all the stories about going to Cruise Nights and going to a few Car Shows. His little PET wants dearly to follow his big friend to the Cruise Nights now. I even overheard them chatting about going to the Races. We will see about that when the time comes. Anyway, my WIFE bought my Vette for me as a special commemorative gift so when I had the chance to get her a car ,this was it. She really is looking forward to following me over to the cruise nights and she actually wants to take it to the track. It a 4 speed hi-pro 289, redone from front to the back and in between.

Nice pet for the Vette! Had a buddy who's dad a Hi-Po 289 Falcon. Sweet running car but had trouble getting the power to the pavement. Good luck with you're new 'Stang!

Is that a 1968??? I can't tell for sure, but it sure is a great looking adult toy.

I have pictures of the car from its Basket State through the finish. It took almost exactly one year.

52,000 4 speed, heavy duty suspension,9 in. rear, front disc brakes. Car was ordered ala carte GT, Customers would save a little money that way.
