Some of you folks may recognize me from the Corvette Forum. I sell my phenolic laminate speaker adapter plates through forum vendor Pipedreams there. The plates are made to let you replace the stock speakers with a 2-way component speaker set. The holes milled in the plates accept almost every 6.5" set out there.

Since I recently joined the club I wanted to offer the members a discounted price for these. They normally sell for $50 plus shipping but for CCDV members buying direct from me I'll discount them to $35. They can be picked up locally for no shipping charge (I live in Whitpain) or I can ship them for $6.50. I do intend to attend the meeting coming up on 6/12 so they could be picked up then as well. I don't have a storefront set up, so if you're interested just post here or drop me a PM and we can make the arrangements.
I have a great deal of experience with the C6 stereo systems and am always willing to lend a hand to folks that are looking to change some things out. I have never laid hands on a C5 (the plates were cut from a CAD drawing sent to me by a C5 owner) but I'm sure I could be of some help there as well. Just ask!
Thanks and I look forward to meeting everybody. ;bt
