My personal experience buying my new Corvette from Bryner

During this past winter I started my seach for the best place to order and purchase my new Z06. I checked with every dealer locally and many of the big guns on the Internet, including Kerbeck, Les Stanford, Maxie Price and Ken Fichtner.
Locally, Reedman, John Kennedy, Lafferty, Beans, Stockburger.

After they all gave me their best deals it was time before I ordered to give Mike Peterson at Bryner a shot at it.
Steve Fisher can attest to how this all went down. Steve and I were talking at the Philadelphia Auto Show the day we all saw the ZR-1. I mentioned I was ready to order a Z06. Fish called Mike from the Philly Auto Show and we told him what I wanted and he said he'd have a quote in my email when I returned home that day from the show.
His quote on the car was there when I got home. That was Saturday Feb 2nd. I ordered the car from Mike Monday Feb 4th.
His price quote blew the other dealers away. I went to Bryner immediately to place the order before Mike found his obvious mistake in mathematics. It was no mistake, just the best price I could have found anywhere in the US.
OK the price was one thing. THEN comes the customer satisfaction part. While I waited for the car to be built, Mike kept me up to date daily on what was going on. He took pictures of the car as it arrived at the dealer and was coming off the truck. I was looking at those pictures within minutes of the car being unloaded off the truck.
It was a very fun experience and a money saving one to boot.

And of course, there is no better place to have your Corvette serviced than Bryner. This has been a win-win situation for me and it can be for anyone else.....

Glad to hear about your great experience. And lets not forget a great service department for your continued needs after the initial purchase. I just made an appointment for my state inspection there on next Wednesday April 30 (the day my sticker expires...got to try to get in earlier next time! :D)

I had the honor of driving Glenn over to Bryner (in my Vette of course) to pick up his new baby. Mike had everything ready and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. Probably the easiest new car delivery I've ever seen.

Congrats to Glenn on the new ride and to Mike for a job WELL done.

That is good to hear Glenn, I tried buying many cars and trucks from Bryner thru the years, their price was always the highest of all Chevy dealerships and I buy all my parts from Bryner and have for years. If I buy another Chevy I will talk to Mike for sure. :)

Carl, it had always been the same for me. I give everyone a shot before I buy. Bryner was never able to sell me a car before this one, but it is obvious they have stepped up and really now understand what Corvette sales can do for their business.

It's pretty cool to buy the car from the same place it will get serviced. I've never done that before. :p ;)

I too agree with glenn, with my puchace, price and service from bryners. I just didn't think to post it. I should of they deserve it. only differace was I delt with Lou Carpenter salesmen, and Mike Peterson. Great customer service in dealing with me trying to decide on options,interior ect... with their input. price was right, wait time shorter then we thought, and great at returning phone calls and letting you know whats going on. on the service I don't know yet, but from what I've heard that to should be great. they do cater to ccdv members. thanks bryners for making it fun experiance!! michael

That's odd, Lou wouldn't return my calls when I was shopping for the C6, AND when I called him he insisted he needed my C5 before the C6 came in (because it was a convertible and heading into winter, he claimed).

I found out later from Dave that was NOT true but I had already bought elsewhere (spent more too). That was unfortunate for all of us because Bryners offered me the best trade-in value. In the end I felt bad that I didn't get Dave involved sooner so I bought the GMPP from them for a couple bucks more than online. That's the least I could do for all his support over the years.

I've always gotten terrific service from Steve, Steve, Otto, Mike and Dave. I won't be calling Lou anytime soon.
