Upper radiator hose found FLAT & COMPRESSED

Looks like its been sucked flat or even compressed.
In the pic look at the 6 o'clock position, then 12 o'clock, & check out the hose inbetween.
Other than its time for a new hose, is there anything else I should be concerned about?

Car is 4 yrs old, 15,000 miles.

I would change the hose,watch it and hope it is just defective.

Maybe it was the 11.95 ET that scared it :D
Most likely just worn out and needs replacement

It's a bad radiator cap just replace and all will be fine
