Exhaust Wrap

Has anyone used exhaust wrap on their headers or exhaust pipes? If yes, have any problems been encountered? FLP doesn’t recommend using it they said “you don’t need it and it can trap moisture” ;hm Any thoughts on the subject??

I'm wondering if I wrap the exhaust pipes maybe the center console will stay cooler.

I would not rap them. You dont want to hold the heat in the headers. If you want to do something jet coat them.

As said I would not use any wrap on them, they are either coated or stainless and wrapping them would do more harm than good. :)
