Wheel cover locks

I have destroyed 3 wheel cover lock wrenches trying to remove the covers from my wheels. The bolt that locks the wheel covers are too tight and very hard to remove. I have removed 3 of them but can't get the 4th lock out. Is there a trick to unlocking this bolt? If not is there a place that I can take my C4 to have it removed? I always get great information on this site, Hope someone can help.

The problem is fixed. I drove around for about 30 minutes and I guess the heat on the wheels made the screw easy to remove. Sorry for wasting your time
