Picture posting

Ok computer experts. I have been attempting to post a photo on
my signature. I have been told to load it from photo bucket
under a HTML format. I have failed and now i;m frustrated. My HTML
switch is off and don't know how to turn it on. Even Bill B. does not know. He recommended loading a j-peg. Still no workey....:confused:

I am sure it something stupid and simple.....somebody please help!!!!:D
