As the 2008 model year is upon us, Dodge is promising a 600hp Viper.

Promises, promises... but can it corner?

Some folks will bow to the less than 4 second 0-60 but in case you didn't see it, Car & Driver still gives the nod to our Zed oh Six in their compar-o.

I used to tell younger drivers that sports car doesn't equal race car.

Guess I'm getting proved wrong on that too :rolleyes:

I was surprised to learn that the Z06 got the Car & Driver nod based on the car's utllity over the Viper. Yeah, I guess it can carry more groceries :confused:

If you ever drive a Viper you will understand, great looking car, but you sit kind of on an angle, huge trans bump in the floor, and with the huge tires they are all over the road, at least the few I have driven. I have four customers with C6 Z06's and newer Vipers, they all tell me they like driving the Z06 better, but the Viper has that WOW factor. :)
