Joe....

I roll when Walter the announcer says that!

Anyway, I want everyone to know that you really played the role of spoiler yesterday, advancing to the Corvette FINALS in the SLP event, and winning a round in the KING OF THE TRACK!

Even though you didn't go as far as you would have liked, you took out some pretty heavy hitters along the way with your increasingly improving racing & driving skills!

I saw first hand you take out our buddy Edgar, which is an almost impossible task, and then take out that 84 gray primer painted Camaro! Man, that guy ABSOLUTELY lives at that track!
You totally RUINED his week by defeating him. That was a great race!

Anyway, glad your car is now running up to snuff!
We'll line up again sometime in the future I'm sure!

Keep on taking out the big guys! ;bc

Joe, your car was running really consistant and your lights were great! El's right about you taking out the heavy hitters in SLP. As far as the Corvette Challenge you had the misfortune to go against Ralph Savarese in the first round. He was just super yesterday, and couldn't be beat. Sorry I couldn't shut down Chris Young when I ran him. I was a little shy on the tree after red lighting in the SLP race just minutes before. You'll regain the Rookie title back by the end of the season. :D

I have to admit, it was really great running against El in the finals. I can't get over the feeling of being part of our team. Moments before the race, there is El and I in the staging lanes DISCUSSING our tactics and helping each other decide what to dial in and how to hit the tree.

Hmmm, I guess I helped El more than he helped me. :D

Hahaha, you should have seen him cross the finish line when they announced the winner... I looked over at him and could see him yell, "YEHHHHHH!"

I guess I missed him saying "Ah Joe, that's too bad buddy". :D :D :D Congrats Bro, you deserved to win (twice).

At least I had a new best ET of 12.83 earlier in the day. I think I'll see that a little lower before the season is through.
