The first $3,000. takes it!! The seller is Ken Jackson at 215-674-2073. It's not totally original & has been stripped so you can see the body and paint it any color you want. It was originally white and still has the original maroon leather seats/interior which is mostly original. It has a 350 & 4 speed trans. It was being restored by a shop for the owner but they've had it for several years & haven't completed the task (except to charge too much for their time, etc) The Vette has after market headers (on car) + chrome tube side pipes (not on the car). I understand that it runs fine.
Sounds like a perfect project Vette for Don L. If anyone has any interest, please call Ken for more details. He obtained my name/number from Roger Myers at the old VFW.
Thanks,
Joel

DANS711, we're not interested in the car. Too much fiberglass work to start. If you are interested in it, you should be able to get it for less than asking price. You can call me if you want any details first.

Dennis, was the car in good enough shape to make a dedicated racer out of it?

Joe, half of the car had the fiberglass was coming thru the gelcoat. A lot of the body panels had other damage. The interior was completely gutted. He claimed to have all the parts. I didn't look real close but the frame seemed solid. It would require closer inspection if you were considering buying it. I didn't want to get involved with all the body work. The owner said it ran good but has not been on the road since 2000. It started, but he poured fuel in the carb to start it. Demolishion Derby, YES, a race car, MAYBE, but would still require alot of $$$. Depends on what you want your race car to look like. I'm sure it could be bought for way under the asking price. The car was thought to have 140K miles on it. The car is in Hatboro, not far from Jacksonville Road. If I think of anything else I'll add it in later
