1) Do you use an AOL browser opposed to Microsoft's Internet Explorer to access this website?

2) IF, so, have you recently upgraded to a newer version of that AOL software?

I know you BOTH are unable to Login to this site and I am trying to assist in your problem.

If you have recently upgraded to a newer version of AOL's crap software I'd suggest reverting backwards to the older version.

Even better yet, if you can NOT use AOL's software at all and access the Internet using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscapes Internet Browser, I'd suggest that.

I HIGHLY recommend using Firefox over IE. Its more secure, better at dealing with pop ups, and faster. Much less of a chance of gettings spyware if you use Firefox.
