Ink marks on leather seats

Anybody have an method for removing ball point pen marks from leather seats.
The parking valet had a pen in his back pocket, marked the driver's seat. I didn't notice this until a couple of days later. I tried the usual leather cleaners, no luck. The only luck I have is the marks are on my truck and not the Corvette.

Or the Home Remedy
Spray the affected area with hairspray, then wipe it off with a clean cloth.

Aqua net hair spray or spray nine works well also.
