Wildwood Car Show - weekend

Anyone attend this year? I hear the police were so bad that lots of attendees will never go again. They were supposedly harrassing everyone & even telling people outside their rooms just watching the action that they had to go in their rooms or risk tickets!?!

I was told that they (Wildwood) do not want any Pro Street cars to enter the town!!! If your car has a loud exhaust and big tires you are not welcome..... Too bad, guess I'll add Wildwood to my list of places not to spend my money.

Don't know about Wildwood. My brother has gone for quite a while, but, I haven't However, the following weekend is a Corvette weekend in Ocean City, Maryland. It's a pretty large show with alot of Md, De, VA & Pa cars there. However, getting there you do have to run a gauntlet of gendarms so watch your speed. ;yn

I heard from some residents that live there that a few people were doing burnout at all hours of the night so the police were cracking down, I guess Wildwood is trying to become a family resort. :D :D
