Directions to Boardwalk Show

From Walt Whitman Bridge: Follow Rte 42 south then pick up the Atlantic City Expressway.
Follow the AC Expressway to exit 7S for Garden State Parkway southbound.
Follow the Parkway to exit 30 Ocean City / Somers Point.
After toll go straight ahead, follow to Somers Point Circle.
Go half way around circle and cross 9th St bridge into Ocean City. As soon as you cross into OC look for Bay Ave on right.
Turn right onto Bay Ave, follow to 25th St and turn right into the Ocean City Airport.
All Corvettes will gather & register from 8am to 10:30am at the Airport and then leave promptly at 11:00am for the boardwalk.

Are the CCDV members going to meet somewhere in Ocean City before going to the airport? Will we have a problem finding and lining-up with other club members for the caraven to the boardwalk from the airport? It would be nice to be able to keep all our club members together.

Rich glad to hear your your planning on going to the Boardwalk event. Chris and I are going to NYC on Sat but w'ere planning on getting back early so we can go to O.C. on Sunday, at least thats the plan. If there is not a caravan do you and Miriam want to hookup with Chris and me Sunday am and have a 2 car caravan?

You guys that want to caravan should get in touch with Bill Burkholder. He and a few others will already be in OC Saturday and are planning on being at the airport Sunday morning. Where the Corvettes gather at the airport is a very big area and you could all easily group together once you arrive.
Just swap a few cell phone numbers and you should all be able to get together at the airport.
Look for that White FRC with the red rally stripes on the drivers side fender. :D

C5Pilot is planning on running down too I believe and was trying to put a caravan together a couple weeks ago.

Rich, I e-mailed you my cell #. Registration is from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, drivers meeting at 10:30 am then the parade up to the boardwalk at 11:00 am. Remember sun block, chair, and hat. ;sc It's a fun day and if the weather is like last year it will be a perfect day. Nothing better than sun , beach, ( girls in bathing suits ;gg ) and Corvette's!!!! ;bc Last year there were over 220 cars!!! If anyone is going to do a side trip to A.C. remember it's Miss America weekend and the crowds will be larger than usual. ;yn ;so ;pt
