Wow...it only took 5 months, but someone finally says they'll look into it. Hopefully it won't be another 5 months till it is fixed.

That's part of another larger problem in and of itself. In any event, Adam has every right to feel it was a ridiculously long wait.

Well Joe - Actually all of you are right! Yeah, it took 5 months but there is a disconnect between us and Webguy. Just because we post our concerns here doesn't mean it goes right to Webguys desktop. We are here almost every day, he is not. That isn't his fault.

Throwing stones will just insure less cooperation in the future! We just need a better avenue to get our needs addressed - and yes, Adams remark was smart ass but, Webguy, that is normal for us here. We are all are a bunch of smart asses!

just need someone who lets me know about site problems. if I don't get a call, i assume everything is fine. i do browse the site but I don't read every thread. anyway, it's working now

I'll take the blame for some of this ..... I have been distracted for the last few months (Nov. till last week) my mother had cancer of the kidney and had it removed and my Dad died two weeks ago. Now that things are some what better I'll try and keep up on things. Jeff doesn't look at the site unless I let him know of problems, please don't hold Jeff as the sole responsible person ...It was my fault also. Both of us will try and keep the site as problem free as possible. With that said I'm going to lock this thread. E-mail me with any wishes or problems. or post a problem and I'll look into it. Bill
