I need to find a body/paint guy who would be willing to testify for me in court. I am taking the shop to court that painted my Vette.My car was painted by a shop in Middlebury Center Pa. the guy's name is Gail Gee. They also sell parts at shows and on the net. Have you talked to an attorney? It sounds to me like you have a civil case here, not knowing the specifics. It might be as simple as getting a couple of estimates from various body shops and presenting the case. In Texas most of the time your initial consultation with an attorney is free and they can give you a good idea of what to expect.
