Seat Belt Light

Got a 90 coupe. The seat belt light wont go out. Any ideas?

I looked it up in my manual and it has 4 possibilities. Bear in mind I have a '95, but the instrument cluster is the same as the '90.

1. Short circuit to ground in seat belt switch circuit.
2. Short circuit to ground in CCM to indicator lite.
3. Bad seat belt switch.
4. Bad CCM circuit.

There is a test procedure. If you can find someone with a '90 service manual with a diagnostic section you should be able to isolate the culprit with a simple VOM.
