Pull me off the list for now then!
I had to leave Carlisle Friday night in a hurry for an emergency situation at home and am just now (Wednesday 7pm) getting to check this computer for the first time.
I am probably not going to have the opportunity to spend too much time away from home for a while right now! Personal problems that we all go through and don't want to bore anyone with details. My mom and dad live within 1 mile of me and are both in thier 80's. That tells alot right there. :(
I'll be at the track somemtime, just can not commit to when.

Bill, Mike, Joe, Rick & Arleen,
Thanks alot for your kind words.
All is ok, I just need to help my Mom alot more now with my dad. My Pop had a stroke and he's a lot for my Mom to handle. (he's twice the size of my mom ;) ) Fortunately they live in a retirement community where they even have 24 hour nursing care IF NEEDED.
I appreciate all your thoughts.

Glenn - Glad to here everything seems to be under control. My dad is deceased and my mon is 85 so I also know what it's like to be on standby. As you see the club is willing to help if you should need it.
Glenn...
I understand you have your priorities and we all hope good things for you & your folks!
We look forward to when you can race with us!
Hopefully it will be sometime this season, but if not, you'll always be welcome any time you can make it!
I made the initial post in somewhat of a jesting manner, hoping we'd be seeing you....

My dad passed away in 1990 & my mom just passed away on 8/4! She was in a nursing home near us & loved it! She was 87 & passed in her sleep without any pain or suffering. I love & miss her but she's in an even better place now. Hope all goes well for you. Likewise, we're hear for ya if we can offer any assistance!

Thanks very much all. Again, this club is lots more than Corvettes. I appreciate your good thoughts and intentions.
