T5 transmission swap

I am considering installing a T5 (manual 5-speed) transmission in my 74 stingray. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not this is even possible. The car has a 350 crate motor and the original 3 speed automatic transmission.
If it is possible, what needs to be done to make t fit?

Very popular swap. There are a few companys making a kit to bolt it in. Can't think of them at the moment but if you go to www.corvetteforum.com and do a search in the C3 section I'm sure they'll have the answers.

Keisler has a complete kit.
TKO 500 or TKO 600. These are bolt in kits with shifter and drive shaft. Around $3500.00.
Like Tony said, check Corvette Forum C-3 and C-2 sections and the archives. There is alot of discussion about these swaps.
