They found the problem with my old C6

After all I went through last summer, Steve Spencer
apparently found the problem.

I was at Bryner's today and was told that GM asked Spence to try fixing my old C6 before it was sent back.

He did try but finally said the heck with it and returned
it to the lot when.......bam! the electrical system did
what it did to me....Steve took it back down and
check the codes and found the "transmission info
sender" was bad.. FIXED!

Mike Peterson asked me.....Want it back???

Ah.....NO!

Thought you all like to know and if anybody wants
a C6, GM would probably love to get rid of it!

Wonder how GM will sell that car????

If the car's history is run through The GM Inquiry System it will (or should) show it was a buy back through the PA Lemon Laws.......

Interesting.
If you email me the VIN I can get it run through the Inquiry System if you are interested in what it would say.....

I have my VIN run every time I have mine serviced to see just what was reported to GM.. :D

I thought for months that tranny sender is probably bad..
Its known for "NOT" throwing error codes, when in fact it IS bad.

If a C6 constantly has electrical issues, and harness/pcm changes do not solve it, dive into the transmission electronics..

That car will be fine now....

That is amazing. At least they didn't fix it until AFTER you got your Z06. I'm even happier I bought a 6 speed.
