Ok, nothing major bu I just found a screw in the left rear EMT. There is a slow leak so I need to get it fixed. My question is, can the EMT's be plugged/patched or do I need to by a brand new tire??
Thanks for the help!!!

You can plug it... They say when you plug or patch (repair) a tire it loses it's speed rating. Probably true but that means your tire is no longer rated for 186 mph. Probably not an issue anyway, right? :D

Thank you guys!! Glenn, you're right, I think I've only gotten her up to about 120...LOL, the guy at Goodyear told my if I plugged it that it would no longer be a run flat....is that something I should be concerned about???

I can't imagine why it would no longer be a runflat. It is still a runflat with the hole in it, so why wouildn't it be if you fixed the hole.
IT would still do it's job as a runflat, I'm sure, even after plugging.
Although, Mark (carboman) plugs tires with a shotgun and some old rope. :D I'll probably be there to help him if you birng that car over to his garage.... This is what I'd be concerned with.... :D

I look forward to meeting you in person. Glenn will use any excuse to be near some C6s. I look forward to talking to you tomorrow. I have a meeting in Springfield VA in the late morning. I'll be back home by 4pm.

I have heard that GoodYear will repair/replace the tire free of charge within 1 yr/12000 miles.
