There is a Cruise nidht at the Buck Hotel tonight> Starts at 6pm. Anyone going?
We are having dinner with Billie and Dave Satchell there at 5 pm, then hanging out for the cruise night. It's been quite awhile since we have actually had time. It would be nice to see some other Club members :)

1) There was a cruise night planned, 2) the parking lot is under construction so it is about half it's normal size, 3) there was a banquet at the Buck and 4) there was a wedding reception all that on top of the normal Sunday night Buck business.
I pulled in and cars were pointed in every direction, people wanted to leave but were blocked by the cars coming in, people coming in (like me) wished they could just turn around and get the hell out. That couldn't happen becasue I had a line behind me.
All I wanted to do was leave, it took me 40 minutes to get out......
It was a comedy of errors.. Cars pointed in every direction and none going anywhere.

Arleen and I got there at about 5 pm to have dinner with Billie and Dave Satchell. The guy running the cruise was standing next to a F rd pickup and stopped us. He told us that the owner forgot about the cruise and booked a wedding without calling him and telling him. He was p-ssed off to say the least. He told us there wer afew others parked around the other side of the parking lot, so we drove around. Don Lemeck was there with his 57 Chevy Pro- Street, and another guy with a Road Runner. When Billie and Dave arrived we decided to go somewhere else for dinner and left. Don pulled out at the same time.
My son called me at 9pm to tell me that he just got home from the cruise. Turns out they moved it to a shopping center down on Bustleton Ave. somewhere.
It was definitly a FIASCO to say the least  At least it was a nice evening to get the 65 out for a drive with the top down :)
SORRY to hear what you got caught up in Glenn. Who Knew! I guess getting out of there right away was o good move!
Rick.
