I know it's been a bumpy week. I'm doing everything I can to battle this. I'm not 100% sure why it's happening, but what I can tell you is our access logs are getting too big and it's choking the server. I delete themand they grown right back. we had a similar problem in the past with error logs.
on top of that, the site has been running alittle slow. I tried optimizing the server and was told that since I ordered the Plesk control panel, it's not an option. this makes no sense what so ever, but evidently Plesk overwrites and changes I make to the config files.
We need to switch to v3.5 anyway, so I made an execuative decision and picked up a new server. an even larger one with twice the processing power and a CPanel control panel. I'll be optimizing it today. I will be moving the v3.5 CCDV.com to the new box and transfering us to it.
that means, not only will we be on a new faster server, but we'll also finally be upgraded to the new version of CCDV.
