Corvettes @ Carlisle, a good tip.

Not sure if there will be a caravan to Carlisle, but either way, here's a good tip for anyone that does not know.

Last year on Friday morning of the Corvettes at Carlsile, there was a 2-3 mile backup exiting the PATP at the Carlisle exit# 16, which by the way is NOW exit# 226.

To avoid that backup: Get off PATP at exit 18 (now exit 242) take I-83 North to 581 west to I-81 south to the very next exit. Turn right at the top of exit ramp onto route 114, follow to the end (not far) and turn left onto route 944. Follow 944 until you come to route 34. Turn left onto route 34, follow 3 miles and Entrance #3 to the faigrounds will be on your left. This is the back way in.

81-944-34, That is the way I always go in. Pretty much drive right onto the fairgrounds...Good tip.
