Look I love my parents, but can you please get them on their account so they can sign up and post things for themselves. My father forgot his username and password and actually never got an email confirmation and no it never got stuck in the spam folder of aol. My mother has forgotten her username but remembers her password and I never recalled her getting an email confirmation either and I turned off her spam blocker so when I request her information it's just not coming back to her at all. I'm trying to have patience with this, but some kind of reply that yes something can be done or no something can't be done would be helpful to know instead of checking daily and telling them I can't do anything about the situation. This is the second time I've posted about this problem, is there any way of getting help or what do I need to do to get them set up. Once again I apologize if this is out of sorts or out of line in someway, but it's making my life more difficult when it's all ready difficult enough.
Sincerely,
J. Dautel
If it's easier can you just erase their email addresses so they don't exist, I can recreate their accounts username and password, obviously they were not that attached being they forgot them to begin with, that's not a problem if we need to handle it that way.
