It's really more a matter of starting with the proper seed. I developed my own hybrid, it's a cross between Kentucky
blue grass and Northern California Sensamil.

Keep it watered and treat it with ZAINO weekly ;) I guess you didn't have any older seed around as I don't see any C-2s popping up :D

Carl,

Can you order me a 55 gallon drum of Z-8? That should be enough to do the back lawn properly.

No Fords on the lawn but there is one in the driveway.

Right now it's precision red, so far it's been precision red, silver, yellow, silver, but I have had a yellow C4 and C5 so yellow was out, silver and red have been the only colors I have not had in a Vett yet.
