clearcoat issues

i have a 82 collector edition that has clearcoat yellowing and peeling on my wheels. instead of sending wheels out to refinshed i rather to myself.is there any way to remove clearcoat safely. any ideas would be helpful.

I don't know of anyway to strip off the clear coat and do a good job, you may want to call the wheel repair place in Bath Pa and ask them, they may have a trade in program for you wheels.
