Can't change my Avatar..WHY?

I know what I am doing to change my Avatar, and everything seems to go properly when I do it, yet the new one will not show. WHY?

Size is correct (within the 100x100 limits) mine is 99x77, it just will not work.

Need Help. I really want this avatar under my name ASAP....

Glenn, the site went down this past week and some things haven't returned to normal. Jeff did a terrific job getting us back to where we are now but some things do not function.

Jeff is in the process of upgrading us to the most recent version which should solve a lot of our issues.

uploads broke. I've fixed them for new threads and replies, but avs and uploads when editing are not working
