Sean @ the Vette shop did mine when I got my Corsa Exhaust, but I think its supposedly easy. You basically hack off the existing H pipe and put the X pipe in its place. Supposedly it can all be done with clamps and no welding required.

You could probably take it to a vette friendly muffler shop and have it installed fast. Let us know if such a shop exists (that also knows how to lift a C5 properly as well).

Bill, did you put your exhaust on? Did Berrel do your exhaust? I would take it to them, they may do it while you wait, or you could take me out to lunch, JK

Yes, Dale did my exhaust. I just wanted to see "if " it was an easy job. I'll call you in the morning if you'll be home. Bill

On the stock C-5 there's an "H" pipe just rear of the cats. The Corsa X pipe replaces that pipe and blends the exhaust to take out 80% of the popping from any exhaust using the stock H pipe. Won't make it any quieter but will remove some popping, also helps move the exhaust gases quicker. It will also make my car sound like a Honda Civic with a big fart can on it. :D :D :D Next will be stickers and neon lights in the gills!!!! ;bt

Tony and I did my Magna Flow X Pipe. Hardest part is cutting the exhaust pipe. Need a pipe cuuter that you can get for free as a loaner from AutoZone. The corsa should olt right up to the rest of your exhaust.

No a biiggie but a 2 person job for sure.

No sagging going on over here Bill... ;)
Tips, rear fascia, all very perky... :D

I don't think I need this "X" pipe item just yet..... ;)

You might be better off with a set of headers that come w/ pipes, that "naturally" shape & contour into this "X" pattern..

I don't think you should get this "X" pipe thingee...
The difference is nominal, especially with your M6..

Get headers & pipes; LG long tubes complete, or the TPIS w/ Random Technology pipes, or the new DynaMaxx system, even KOOKS.. Cats or no cats, up to you..

Hey, did I just make 2 serious statements in a row?
Ahhhh forget those Bill... Temporary mental lapse.. :D
