I know something about them, they are a tri "Y" header system like Belanger tri "Y" headers (which I had on my blue Z06) , they are stainless steel, the Belanger's were a ceramic coated steel header. The Belanger header made more hp than any other header at the time, LG's were not made at that time. Personally I would go with the Belanger or LG headers, they are the two best I have see and or tested so far, and there are a lot of new manufacturers making C5 headers now, and of course all long tube headers are much better than the stock manifolds. :)

Al,
Steve Spencer put on a new pulley bracket. When I broke the old one,my digital tach was reading 7140 rpm(Brian Herter had upped the red line when he re-programmed for the blower).Steve
says the belt tension probably snapped the casting.

It's not the 10 hp,but I want electric exhaust cut-outs so I figured
I go for the headers & hi-flo cats.Still only thinking about it,but my
social security check is burning a hole in my pocket. In case I haven't done so before,I want to thank all you younger workers for the financial aid.

Richy, it's nice to see you and Rosenberg are enjoying your "old age".... Looking back I don't remember my parents or parents friends being so young at 65... You guys are the oldest young people I know. :D

Thanks for the kind words,Bill & John. Not sure I like being classified with Rosenberg.
As I've told my kids,"you are only young once, but can be immature for ever".

I guess you resemble that remark!

7140 RPM how much did he up the redline? Seems a bit much. Seee you on Saturday.
